A private family in the Memphis area is seeking a highly experienced, polished, and nurturing long-term weekend nanny to care for their 3-month-old daughter. This is a live-out position requiring 8–10 hours per day on weekends, with some flexibility in scheduling. There is also the opportunity for travel, ranging from a few days to up to a week at a time. The ideal candidate is warm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable in newborn care, with a calm, professional presence and the ability to integrate seamlessly into a private household.
This role involves providing attentive, high-quality care in a peaceful and nurturing environment while supporting the baby’s early development through intentional play and engagement. The nanny will follow established feeding and sleep routines with consistency and discretion, while also managing all infant-related tasks including bottle preparation, sanitization, nursery organization, and wardrobe upkeep. Maintaining a safe, clean, and serene environment at all times is essential.
The family is seeking someone with a minimum of 3+ years of professional newborn or infant care experience in private homes, along with a strong understanding of infant development and best practices. The ideal candidate is Spanish-speaking, reliable, discreet, and communicates with professionalism and ease.
