Blues City Turf is seeking a hardworking and motivated Turf Installer / Landscaping Crew Member to join our growing team. This position involves installing artificial turf, custom putting greens, pet turf systems, and completing landscape enhancement projects for residential and commercial clients. Crew members will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment while traveling to various job sites and helping transform outdoor spaces into high-quality finished projects.
The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, works well with a team, and takes pride in attention to detail and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include site preparation, grading, cutting and securing turf, spreading infill, operating landscaping tools and equipment, hauling materials, and maintaining clean and safe job sites. Travel may be required depending on project locations.
Candidates should be dependable, willing to learn, able to lift heavy materials, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience in landscaping, construction, turf installation, or outdoor labor is a plus, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude matter most.
