No, Latino Memphis does not help staffing agencies with recruitment.

It is a free service! Latino Memphis believes that this service drives Memphis forward and everyone benefits from this community resource. However, Latino Memphis is a nonprofit organization and as such, we look for community support to be able to serve our mission. Latino Memphis would gladly accept a donation after you have submitted your job opening!

Latino Memphis does not accept job postings from third-party agencies, alternative financial service providers or staffing agencies. Latino Memphis reserves the right to refuse a posting. We will not post jobs that appear to discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.

No, Latino Memphis does not receive applications nor are we involved in collecting data from any interested applicants. Applicants must contact the employer directly. All hiring is done directly between the job applicant and the employer. Latino Memphis does not screen applicants for qualifications or work authorization. The Latino Memphis Job Center is a community resource which solely promotes job opportunities.
