We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an 80-unit Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of LIHTC compliance requirements.
This position is responsible for maximizing occupancy, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining resident satisfaction, overseeing property financial performance, and managing all day-to-day operations of the community.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the property.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain occupancy goals through effective leasing and resident retention efforts.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor completion of work orders.
- Process applications and determine eligibility in accordance with LIHTC requirements.
Experience Requirements
- Tax Credit LIHTC
- 2 years of Property Management
- Processing Applications, Recertifications and Resident Files
- Bi-Lingual

- High School Diploma/GED
