We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities for a group of students in a dynamic and engaging environment. This role requires a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a safe and nurturing space for students to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead group activities for students, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere
– Implement educational and recreational programs that promote learning and development
– Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support student engagement and cooperation
– Collaborate with team members to plan and organize daily schedules and activities
– Provide guidance and support to students, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development
– Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning
– Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
Requirements:
– Preferred previous experience working with students in settings such as daycare or classroom environments
– Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
– Ability to manage a group of children effectively while promoting a positive learning environment
– Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
– Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
– Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
