Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Therapist. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Community Health is a behavioral health organization providing and coordinating care for children and adults. As the Therapist, you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive clinical/psychosocial assessment and crisis intervention consultation.
Experience Requirements
- Desired experience working with children with developmental and intellectual and/or physical disabilities; any equivalent education and experience.
- Candidates must also have a good understanding of clinical diagnoses and interventions to address mental health conditions.
- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
Education Requirements
- A Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
- Certified in first aid/CPR, Certification in proper de-escalation techniques using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and universal precautions required.
