Bilingual Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator – Medspa & Wellness Practice

Sneed Medispa & Wellness is seeking an exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic and wellness practice.
We are looking for someone who is warm, polished, dependable, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. This is much more than a traditional front-desk position. You will be an important part of each patient’s experience—from the first phone call or text through check-in, scheduling, follow-up, and ongoing care.
Medical Assistant experience is strongly preferred, particularly for candidates who are comfortable working in a medical, wellness, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic environment.
What You’ll Do
• Provide outstanding, friendly customer service to every patient
• Greet and check in patients and help create a welcoming, professional environment
• Answer incoming calls and text messages promptly and professionally
• Communicate comfortably with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients
• Schedule appointments and help patients understand services and appropriate next steps
• Complete patient intake and maintain accurate patient information
• Assist with patient follow-up and appointment confirmations
• Help educate patients about available aesthetic and wellness services within the scope of the position
• Collect payments and accurately complete front-office transactions
• Maintain an organized, clean and professional reception and patient-care environment
• Assist clinical providers with appropriate Medical Assistant duties based on training and experience
• Work closely with our providers and team to ensure patients receive excellent care from beginning to end

• Able to multitask in a busy environment without sacrificing patient experience
• A strong team player who is willing to help wherever needed
• Interested in aesthetics, skincare, wellness and patient care
• Compensation: $17–$21/hour based on experience. 25 hours / week
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient service in person, by phone, and by text
- Greet, check in, schedule, and assist English- and Spanish-speaking patients
- Manage appointments, confirmations, follow-ups, and patient communications
- Maintain accurate patient records, forms, and front-office documentation
- Collect payments and accurately process transactions
Experience Requirements
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous customer service or patient-facing experience
- Strong phone, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Assistant education/certification preferred but not required
- Additional healthcare or customer service training is a plus
