Christian Brothers High School is seeking candidates to fill the morning and afternoon positions of Front Desk Assistant and Co-Supervisor of Attendance in Stephen Hall for the upcoming 2024-25 School Year.
Part-Time Position (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, Monday through Friday)
and
Part-Time Position (12 noon-4pm Monday-Friday)
Compensation starts at $20/hour
Reports to the Assistant Dean of Students
Responsibilities
- The Front Desk Assistant/Co-Supervisor of Attendance coordinates the front desk in Stephen Hall, the main entrance to the campus. This person welcomes and checks in all visitors to the campus, answers incoming phone calls, and supports the Academic Administration as needed. The Front Desk Assistant/Co-Supervisor of Attendance works closely with the Dean of Students and the Assistant Dean of Students on monitoring and reporting daily attendance. As a member of the CBHS community, this person will be engaged with various projects to enhance the student and parent experience at CBHS. Office hours for this part-time position will be from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon Monday through Friday when school is in session. Summer hours are to be determined.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years of experience working in a professional environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
