The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for hotel guests by cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel and brand standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards. Make beds and replace linens and towels. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms. Replenish guest amenities, coffee supplies, and toiletries. Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
Experience Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Must be dependable and punctual. Ability to read and follow instructions in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
