Latino Memphis will only promote job openings for positions paying at least $15 per hour, following community partners’ examples, reflecting our belief in a minimum living wage. We recognize that wage disparity in Memphis and across the nation affects communities of color and immigrant communities, hoping our initiative will encourage support for upward mobility.
