As a Crew Member, Construction, you will play a hands-on role in bringing landscape designs to life. This position involves working with a variety of plants, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems to create high-quality outdoor environments. You will operate both hand tools and power equipment, follow direction from Foremen and Supervisors, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Install plants, landscape lighting, hardscape features, and irrigation systems.
- Load and unload plants and trees, grade and prepare topsoil, stone, mulch, and other landscape materials
- Install pavers, walkways, steps, retaining walls, and block walls
Experience Requirements
- 1+ year of landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience
