The ideal client will be responsible for
• completing a comprehensive initial needs assessment
• developing and completing all necessary forms
• maintaining effective communications with clients being supported
• maintaining accurate and up to date client files and session notes
• completing any other paperwork necessary to successfully complete
the counseling services offered to these clients.
• all of the above as each task pertains to groups and facilitating group sessions
Candidates should be available to work Mon. – Thurs. (9 am- 5 pm), Fri. (9 am- 12 pm) and bi-weekly on Sat. (9 am- 2 pm). Please call Tammy Borkcom at 901-653-9084 or email tborkcom for additional information pertaining to services
Experience Requirements
- Applicants must be licensed (LPC-MHSP or LCSW).
