Ensure compliance with employment laws, manage pre-employment documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding. Provide training, metrics analysis, and consultancy to recruiters and onboarding staff to enhance retention and organizational integration.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience of progressive experience in Human Resources
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business or a related field
