Position Summary

Our Lead Cook is a nighttime position
Weekends are most
Schedule will be 5 night shifts 3 PM to 10 PM.
Lead Cook is the quarterback of the kitchen. The Lead is in charge of all food quality/ maintaining cleanliness/ completing checklist, overall knowledge of all procedures and products.
