Role Overview:
You will be the welcoming first point of contact at our Memphis office. This bilingual position combines front desk reception duties with proactive lead chasing and client intake—perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and fluent in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors warmly in person and on the phone (bilingual required).

Answer high-volume incoming calls, screen potential new cases, and gather initial accident/injury details professionally and empathetically.

Perform intake interviews to qualify leads and collect key information for attorneys.

Chase and follow up on incoming leads to convert them into clients.

Schedule consultations, manage calendars, and coordinate with the legal team.

Handle administrative tasks: filing, data entry, mail, scanning, and keeping the reception area organized and presentable.

Provide excellent customer service to make clients feel supported during difficult times.

Requirements:

Fully bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish – speaking, reading, writing).
Previous experience in customer service, reception, call center, or intake preferred (legal experience a plus but not required—we will train the right person!).
Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent; computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
