At Velociti Floor Technicians are responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public places such as break rooms.
This is a Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm position. The pay is $18.00hr paid weekly.
You must have 1 1/2 years of experience.
(A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.)
Perform preventative maintenance checks on all equipment before use
Before beginning work, secure the work area and post safety notices for other space users.
Floors care, including routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing, and burnishing on hard surface floors and stairwells.
Vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extracting carpets, stairwells, and upholstery
Wall cleaning
Dusting (high and low)
Routine restroom cleaning
Routine office and break room cleaning
Maintenance of floor care equipment
(A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.)
