Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need, whether in nursing homes or within the community. At Bikia we sponsor online training courses for anyone willing to start working as a Caregiver and reallocate to one of our Assisted Living Centers in Grand Rapids, Michigan. No previous healthcare experience or CNA certification is required, we offer all the training needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals
- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary requirements
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers Assist patients with any other Non-Clinical tasks
Experience Requirements
- Experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields is preferred
- Bikia’s training course certification (Sponsored by Bikia)
- Ability to monitor and observe patients effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hospitality, AU Pair, or care experience is preferred
- Willingness to work in nursing homes or provide home and community care
- Passion for senior care and supporting individuals in need
- Highschool Diploma
- Permission to work in the USA
