Christ Community Health Services is a community-based organization that provides comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including adult and pediatric primary care, behavioral health, women’s health, dentistry, HIV care and treatment, pharmacy, spiritual health, TN breast, and cervical cancer screening program, and refugee services to persons of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status.
