Responsibilities
- Utilize automatic dialer systems to contact customers with overdue accounts. Implement skip tracing techniques to locate customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation of payment arrangements. Educate customers on their responsibilities under loan agreements and provide personalized counseling on payment options. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the collections process.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent, some college preferred.
