The EH&S Specialist is responsible for ensuring safe operation related to the tasks associated with hydroblasting up to 40,000psi, industrial vacuum trucks, industrial pressure washing, confined spaces, LOTO, fall prevention measures, excavations, hazardous materials, tank and pit remediation, and decontamination.
Headquartered in Memphis, TN, we service the following industry types: steel manufacturing, transportation, plastics, food and beverage, pulp & paper, utilities, pharmaceuticals, paints & coatings, wire & cable, oil refining, chemicals, seed production. We have operations primarily in TN, AR, MO, & MS.

Responsibilities
- Above average knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, with the ability to apply knowledge, and a common sense approach to identifying job hazards and problem solving
- Ability to obtain Confined Space Rescue Team status, HAZWOPER, an OSHA and MSHA Trainer Credential are a plus
- Must have the ability to manage field projects with minimal guidance and supervision
- Accident/Incident Investigation and plant remediation
- EH&S support for other regional branches, occasional travel, ability to work various shifts
Experience Requirements
- Associates Degree in the environmental, health, and safety field or equivalent (preferred)
- Absent a degree, 3 years EH&S field experience in a construction/industrial setting
