Seeking Bilingual Sales Advisor is responsible for actively selling studio memberships by engaging potential clients, conducting facility tours, presenting membership options, and closing sales to grow the studio’s membership base, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with existing members; key duties include lead generation, appointment setting, and exceeding sale goals, effective communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and prospective members, answer inquiries about membership and personal training packages and facility features.
- Conduct personalized facility tours, highlighting amenities, and addressing customer needs.
Experience Requirements
- Effectively present membership options, pricing structures, and promotional offers to convert leads into paying members.
- Close sales by addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and finalizing membership agreements.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma
- Sales certification
- College and/or post graduate studies
