We are looking for dedicated individuals who wish the learn the craft of whole animal butchery and high quality, artisanal meat processing. Position is full time, 8am to 5pm with two 15 minute paid shift breaks and an hour unpaid lunch break. Knife or kitchen experience is a plus.
We are also looking for packaging and labeling team members.

Responsibilities
- Butchering, cutting, portioning beef and pork
- Following food safety guidelines
Experience Requirements
- Some knife or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
