Responsibilities
- Food Preparation and Cooking: 1. Prepare and cook menu itemns according to recipes and restaurant standards. 2. Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation for every dish served. 3. Follow kitchen procedures for proper food handling, storage, and safety.
- Safety and Sanitation: 1. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment. 2. Keep kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas clean and sanitized. 3. Assist with regular cleaning schedules, including equipment and deep cleaning tasks.
- Station Management: 1. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients. 2. Maintain a clean and organized work station through shifts. 3. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Efficiency and Teamwork: 1. Work quickly and efficiently to meet restaurant timing standards during busy service hours. 2. Assist with prep work, dishwashing, and other kitchen tasks as needed. 3. Collaborate with other team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience to guests.
