Position Summary

Are you ready to join a dynamic team dedicated to increasing and stabilizing enrollment in public school districts across the nation? Caissa K12, a rapidly expanding division of Caissa Public Strategy, is seeking a passionate individual to join us as a Bilingual Deputy of K12 Operations. This role will provide support in all aspects of the campaign. This will include every aspect of client engagement, data management, and project execution. This position will consist of periodic travel and weekend and evening shifts. Our weekend and evening shifts are on a rotation schedule where everyone contributes, from coordinators to top leadership.

Our team comprises self-starters, collaborators, creatives, and educators. Experience in public relations, advertising, and marketing is not required; however, competitive candidates may have a track record of working on public relations campaigns, client communication, and new media marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with district clients, becoming their trusted point of contact.
  • Conduct audits of parent and student information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with enrollment goals.
  • Use spreadsheet software to organize and manage data lists, tracking enrollment metrics to ensure we meet project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in client meetings, review project contracts, and stay informed on contractual obligations to meet project benchmarks.
  • Draft outreach scripts, enrollment communications, and assist in developing messaging strategies.
  • Support Enrollment Specialists and oversee assigned tasks within campaigns.
  • Stay informed on trends and developments in assigned districts to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Contribute to evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis, supporting project demands alongside all team members, from coordinators to senior leadership.

Experience Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, particularly with use and understanding of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a deadline
  • Writing skills
  • Highly organized
  • Energetic, friendly personality
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Has weekend and evening availability
